One page, in plain words. These terms apply to every exit.

Payment
Claude for your team sessions and Website Launch are paid in full up front. Website Growth and Portals are paid 50% up front and 50% at handover. Hourly blocks and the Navigator program are invoiced up front. Work starts on payment, not on signature. All prices exclude GST.
Clause 2 of 6
Delivery clock
Delivery times are counted from the day your checklist is complete (content, logins and sign-off for websites; accounts and access for Setups), not from the day you pay. If the checklist is not done 48 hours before a Setup session, the session moves.

Revisions
Every website includes one round of revisions, given in writing. Further changes are booked as a Coaching block.

Ownership
You own your website, its content, your domain, your hosting and every account we create, from day one and in your name. ClearPath keeps a licence over its own generic components and starter kit so the next build does not start from zero; nothing specific to your business is reused.

Scope changes
Anything outside the proposal (Sheet 01) is quoted as a Coaching block before it is built. There are no free favours, which is how the posted prices stay posted.

Liability
ClearPath is not liable for outages, pricing changes or policy changes at third-party providers such as Vercel, Resend, Anthropic, Stripe or your domain registrar. Support after the two-week follow-up is booked as a block.
